Terms of Service

Last updated: 19/05/2026

By creating a Tagible account or using the Tagible service you (“Customer”) agree to these terms. The service is provided by Tagible AB, a Swedish entity headquartered in Stockholm. Governing law: Sweden.

1. Service

Tagible provides a QR-first operations and compliance platform. The features available depend on the plan and modules the Customer subscribes to. We may add, change, or deprecate features with reasonable notice.

2. Account & security

The Customer is responsible for safeguarding account credentials, applying password best practices, and notifying us at security@tagible.io of any suspected breach. We will notify the Customer of confirmed security incidents within 72 hours per GDPR Article 33.

3. Acceptable use

The Customer must not use Tagible to: (i) impersonate others, (ii) upload malware or pirated content, (iii) bypass the rate limits, (iv) re-sell the service without a written reseller agreement, or (v) circumvent the modular pricing scheme.

4. Fees and billing

Fees are billed monthly or annually per the plan selected at checkout. VAT is added per the Customer’s country. Refunds are pro-rated only when we materially fail to deliver the service. Stripe is the payment processor.

5. Data and confidentiality

The Customer remains the controller of any personal data processed via Tagible. Our role is processor (GDPR Article 28). The signed Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available at tagible.io/dpa.

6. Service-level expectations

We target 99.5 % monthly uptime for the web platform and 99.9 % for sensor and scan endpoints. Maintenance windows are announced 7 days in advance on status.tagible.io.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the contract with 30 days' written notice. On termination, the Customer may export all data for 30 days; after that it is permanently deleted unless a longer regulatory retention (audit log, DPP, etc.) applies.

8. Liability

Our total annual liability is capped at the fees paid by the Customer in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by Swedish law.

9. Governing law & venue

Swedish law. Any dispute is resolved in the District Court of Stockholm.
