Tagible is a QR-first operations platform built for the European SMB market — restaurants, manufacturers, facility-services firms, and any team that needs frontline inspections and compliance records to actually happen.
What we do
Stick a Tagible QR sticker on a fridge, machine, or shelf. Anyone scans it with their phone camera and gets a contextual inspection form, manual, issue-reporting flow, or item history. Admins manage everything from one place — templates, workflows, sensor data, audit log, exports.
Why a separate product
- Per-organization pricing — not per-seat. You don't pay more for adding people; you pay for capabilities.
- EU-hosted by default. All data sits in Supabase EU (Frankfurt); we never transfer customer data outside the EEA without an adequacy decision.
- Compliance-first defaults: hash-chain audit log, EU Directive 2019/1937 whistleblower channels, ESPR Digital Product Passports, GDPR Article 17 deletion flow.
- Modular: pay €5–€15/month for the modules you need — Workflow Automations, Product Passport, Equipment Logs, Integrations Hub, Auto-Numbering, Inventory & Assets — instead of one giant flat subscription.
