Getting started
How do I create my first QR sticker?
Sign up → onboarding wizard generates 3 starter templates → go to Catalog → QR codes → New QR → print PDF.
Do scanners need a Tagible account?
No — anonymous workers scan QR codes and submit forms without logging in. Admins use the admin app.
What plans are there?
Free, Starter (€29/mo), Growth (€99/mo), Business (€299/mo), Enterprise. See /pricing for the breakdown.
Modules
What are modules?
Optional capabilities priced €5–€15/month each: Inventory & Assets, Workflow Automations, Product Passport, Equipment Logs, Auto-Numbering, Integrations Hub, Voice Submissions, Whistleblower, Cross-Org Anomaly, AI Compliance Officer, Quarterly Audit Backup, Webhooks & API, Trust Pages. Business+ bundles all of them.
How do I activate a module?
In your org → Settings → Modules → click Activate. Free + Starter plans get 1–2 free slots; further modules are billed monthly.
Compliance
Is the audit log tamper-evident?
Yes — every row is hash-chained via a Postgres BEFORE-INSERT trigger. The Audit Log page surfaces a Verify-Chain button that proves the chain is intact.
Does Tagible support EU whistleblower channels?
Yes. The Whistleblower module gives you a public /wb/<your-slug> page that meets EU Directive 2019/1937: anonymous reporting, 7-day acknowledgement, 90-day substantive response, signed attestations.
Are Product Passports CIRPASS-compliant?
Yes. Each unit gets a public /passport/<serial> page plus a machine-readable CIRPASS v1.0 JSON export at /passport/<serial>?format=cirpass.
Data + privacy
Where is my data hosted?
All data lives in the EU (Supabase EU, Frankfurt + Cloudflare R2 EU). We never transfer it outside the EEA.
How do I delete my account?
Account → Profile → Delete account. 30-day grace window then irreversible erasure (audit log retained per regulatory requirements).
Can I export everything?
Yes — Settings → Data exports → schedule CSV or PDF dumps. Personal-data export via Account → Profile → Download my data.
